The North Aegean Islands are located opposite Turkey's coast, within the crystalline blue Aegean Sea. In total, there are seven North Aegean Islands: Chios, Fourni, Ikaria, Lesvos, Limnos, Psara, and Samos. These lovely pearls of the sea are especially well known for their coupling of tranquil beaches and lush forests, the two of which creating a lovely setting, unique to this destination.

Samos, only two hours from the mainland of Turkey, is the most popular of the North Aegean Islands, with rugged and mountainous scenery with extraordinary historic sites. Finally Lymnos, whose coastline resembles the shape of a butterfly, provides many coastlines of sandy, safe beaches.
