Gobun Cove

Gobun Cove, the first cove within Fethiye Bay, starting from the south, can be reached by going between Karaburun Peninsula and Domuz Island. Starting from the direction of Gocek it is the first cove. 50 vessels can simultaneously cast anchor in this deep cove, surrounded with pine and olive trees and it is not exposed to winds. On the sides there are ropes readily available for mooring. Here, Tahir Ozmen, a former diver, with his restaurant and a tailor living here and repairing torn sails can make their services available to you. When walking uphill from this cove from the top you can see the end side of Fethiye Bay.

The radio code of Gobun cove is Deniz Kusu and you can call it on channel 16 and tell your desires. In addition, here in this cove can be found delicious meals which are prepared with fresh fish meats chicken and mutton, that are raised here.
